Lena Farhat

Lena Farhat, age 90, of Warren died Sunday, October 12, 2008 at Abbey Nursing Home in Warren. Lena was born December 23, 1917 in Detroit the daughter of the late Camill and Hazel (nee: Abraham) Farhat. Her family said she was a great cook and enjoyed cooking lebanese food. She is survived by her children, Pauline Albers, Paul, and Dennis (Donna); grandchildren, Lisa, Lori, Lynn, Brian, Scott, and Andrea; great-grandchildren, April, Annie, Michael, Lynnie, Lee, Krystal, Sammy, Brian, Nick, Tyler, and Austin; great-great-grandchildren, Megan, Leah, Hunter, Brooklyn, Arianna, and Austin; sibilings, Victoria DeVaux and James Farhat. She is predeceased by her husband, Fred. Visitation for Mrs. Farhat will be Friday 3-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road). A Funeral Service will be held Saturday 10 am at the Funeral Home. Officiating the Funeral Service will be Pastor Duane Nelson. Interment will take place at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Detroit.
