Lillian Busekros

Lillian Busekros died in Warren, Michigan, on Monday,Feb. 4 at the age of 105. Mrs. Busekros was born in Reading, OH, on December 31, 1902 to Elizabeth and the Rev. Paul Repke. She was married at the Church of Peace in Kewanee, IL, on July 27, 1926 to The Rev. Edward H. Busekros who died in 1973. Mrs. Busekros is survived by her children, the Rev. George P. Busekros (Eleanor) and Marilyn Schueneman (Roy), 5 grandchildren and 9 great grand-children. Mrs. Busekros was dedicated to her family and to the work of the church. She was an accomplished accompanist and soloist and enjoyed needlework and crossword puzzles. But she is best known and admired for her gift of unconditional love toward all. She was a sweet, sweet spirit. The Funeral for Mrs. Busekros will be held in Kewanee Illinois directed by the Schueneman & Tumbleson Funeal Home.
