Lillian Mary Goeldi

Lillian Martin Goeldi, 87, entered into eternal life on January 18, 2022, at Windermere Park in Warren, MI. Lillian was born on September 25, 1934, to John and Sadie Battani Martin. She married her childhood sweetheart, Fred Goeldi, in 1954. They raised 3 children, traveled extensively, and remained happily married until Fred’s death in 2018. Lillian is survived by her sons, Fred Goeldi, Jr. (Susan), of Warren, MI, and John Goeldi (Kathy), of Mt. Pleasant, SC, and 5 grandchildren: Anthony Javedan, Aaron Goeldi, Nicholas Goeldi, Hannah Goeldi, and Matthew Goeldi. She is also survived by a sister, Sharlene Wilcox (Gilbert) and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Michele Javedan (Ken). Instate Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 10:30am until the time of a Funeral Mass at 11:00am at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 31555 Hoover Road in Warren. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield.
