Margaret Mccormick

Margaret McCormick, age 80 a longtime resident of Warren, died Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Henry Ford Bi-County Hospital in Warren. Margaret was born January 13, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of Hugh McCormick and Margaret (nee: Waddell) McCormick. Margaret loved her family and all her little cousins and relatives. She was the consummate caregiver she loved caring for any child whether related or not. Also Margaret loved to crochet and made many afghan blankets for the babies in the family. Margaret was the beloved sister of Mary (Walter) Delaney, Annie Franks, and the late Edward, and the late Alexander. She is the dear sister in-law of Loretta McCormick, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Margaret will be Friday from 3-9pm with an evening Vigil at 7pm, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road). Margaret will lie in state Saturday 10:30am at St. Martin dePorres Catholic Church, until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11am. Celebrating the Funeral Liturgy will be Rev. Fr. Roman Pasieczny.
