Mark grew up in Royal Oak, where he attended St. Mary’s Catholic School and Church. His Catholic faith was at the center of his life, and he openly shared his deep love for God with everyone around him. His faith guided the way he lived, loved, and cared for others.
He earned his associate degree in CAD and later built a hardworking career as a truck driver. Mark was known for his strong will, determination, and quiet resilience. Even during difficult times, he often carried his pain privately while continuing to provide for and support his family.
In 1995, Mark married the love of his life, Guendalyn. Together they shared more than 30 years of love, partnership, and memories. Mark had a love for the water, fishing, cars, and he especially loved his family. He was a devoted family man who deeply loved his children and took great pride in being a husband and father.
Mark will be remembered for his steadfast faith, his strength, and the love he gave so freely to his family. His presence, guidance, and devotion will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
"Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: Amen.”
Mark was the beloved husband of Guendalyn. Loving father of Sarah Hall, Matthew Hall, and Amanda Bruner. Dear grandfather of Selina Bruner. Cherished brother of Dennis (Lori) Hall, Michael (Dee-Dee) Hall, Tim Hall, Cathy (Ray) Sandrowicz, and Tina (Mike) Hacker. Mark also leaves behind his many loving nieces and nephews.
