Mary E. Allbritten "Boots" - age 82 of Warren, died on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital, Macomb Center in Warren. Mary was born January 6, 1927 in Cedar Cove, Alabama to parents, Charles & Bessie Cox. Known to most everybody, more affectionately, as "Boots," she will forever be remembered as one who possessed and emanated her own brand of humor,...and whose humor has left an indelible imprint on all the lives of those who knew her. Memories of "Boots" will always provide a smile, and perhaps even a chuckle or two. Beloved wife of the late James "Max" Allbritten. Loving mother of Jane (Larry) Dick, and the late Katie Domanski. Dear grandmother of Kellie (Joe) Zess, Jason (Maureen) Meyers, and Jessica (Dan) Good. Great-grandmother to Katie, Jamie, Kayla, Pierse, Jaxon, Maggie and Allie. Sister of Alford (Dorothy) Cox. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, April 27 at Christian Memorial Cultural Center, 521 E. Hamlin Road in Rochester, Michigan. Arrangements have been entrusted to the D.S.
