Mary T. Sikorski

Mary Theresa Sikorski, age 94 of Petoskey, died December 12, 2008 in Harbor Springs. Mary was born July 29, 1914 in Detroit to the late Alexander Glomb and the late Zofia Glomb. Mary enjoyed sewing, cooking and playing cards. She was a member of The Order of the Daughters of Isabella, which is a charitable organization of Catholic women founded on the principle of its motto: Unity, Friendship and Charity. She was also a very active member of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Catholic Church in Hamtramck. Most of all, Mary enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Mary was the loving wife of the late Leonard. She is the dear mother of Larry (Nancy) and Carol (Thomas) Norum. Devoted grandmother of David, Thomas (Mary Jane), Julie (Micheal) and John (Jodie). Loving great grandmother of Hailee, Kendall, Nolan, Adam and Samantha. Visitation for Mary will be Tuesday 3-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 mile). Mrs. Sikorski will lie in state Wednesday at 1:30 pm until the time of the Funeral Mass at 2:00 pm at St. Clement Catholic Church. Please share memories of Mary at her guest book.
