Michele S. DeLeeuw

After graduation from Denby High School, Michele worked as a beautician. It wasn't until 1987 she started her dream job at Roma Cafe. She started as a counter girl and worked her way up to become the manager. She retired in 2016.

Michele and Karl married October 25th, 1992. They were blessed with two children.

One of her yearly favorite things to do was decorate the house inside & out and to host Halloween for friends and family along with her husband Karl. Michele made appetizers and we finished with Chinese food from Ruby's. She also enjoyed planting her flowers out front of her house.

Her favorite saying was "I do what I want" and her voicemail on her phone was "housekeeping." She was definitely one of a kind.

Michele leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband Karl J. DeLeeuw, son Jake and daughter Myles (Jon) Mullinix. Loving sister to Bill Stanley (the late Bill V.), Sharon (Jerry) Mielke, Denise Tujaka and Theresa (George) Michael. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation Thursday, November 9th from 3pm until 8pm with a Rosary at 7pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road in Warren. Michele will lie instate at 9:30am until time of Funeral Service at 10am, Friday, November 10th at A.H. Peters Funeral Home in Warren. Burial to take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Twp.
