Dad you were my best friend, my adviser, my mentor and my hero my entire life. No matter how bad things got you always had the the right thing to say and told me what I needed to hear regardless if I wanted to hear it or not. You were strong, kind and stood firm on Gods word and no matter what always, always made sure to give God glory no matter what the situation was. You meant absolutely everything to me and now that your gone my life will never be the same. I love you dad and I sure do miss you.

My wife and I moved into our current home, right next door to the Boldens 13 years ago, and Junior was the first to welcome us to the neighborhood. In those past 13 years, he and Diann have always been kind to us and our children and have been the kind of next door neighbors that most anyone would hope for.

I’ll miss seeing you outside tooling around the yard or with your cars, and I’ll miss the unmistakable “HEY THERE, MATT!” coming from over the fence. I hope and pray that the family is doing as well as can be. Kate and I are always a stone’s throw away if anyone needs anything.

Rest In Peace, Junior

He loved the out doors and could make anyone laugh in any situation, that was a kind of personality my brother had. He will be missed deeply and he will live in our hearts all the days of our lives. R.I.P. JR. We shall meet again!!

PAPPY...I miss you so much already, although I know you're finally HOME. ❤ I'm so thankful to have the many years I got to have with you as my grandfather. I'll never forget all the conversations we had and the advice you'd give to me throughout my years without added judgment. YOU are my favorite person and forever will be in my heart. I'll be reminded of your wisdom in all that I do. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. Thank you for everything. May God watch over everyone here on earth as they celebrate you're life, but still miss your presence until we meet again.

My husband ( Steven Kennedy) and I got to visit my uncle this past Tuesday. Little did we know it would be the last. That night he was talking and laughing and showing us pictures of squirrels that he nursed from baby on and were his friends! He said he was so glad to see us and if we could come back the next day he’d get us subs! Sure wished I knew this was the last time we would see him. (The picture of us last Tuesday) We love you Uncle Junior.
