My Le Thi Pham, age 62 of Warren, died Thursday, December 3, 2015 at home. She was born January 1, 1953 in Hue, Vietnam, daughter of the late Truoc and the late Chao (nee: Dao) Dao.She was the beloved wife of Chi. Dearest mother of Phuc (Thy) Le, Hien (Hue) Le, and Kim (Chan) le. Loving grandmother of Khoa, Khai, Khang, Hoan, and Long. Visitation for Mrs. Pham will be held on Friday, December 11th from 3-9pm, with a 7pm Funeral Service, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Rd) in Warren.
