Patricia Ruth Bailey

Patricia Ruth Bailey, age 90 of Warren, died Monday, February 17, 2020 at the Medilodge of Sterling Heights. She was born March 19, 1929 in St. Louis, Missouri, daughter of the late Frank and the late Ila (nee: Nicely) Bayes.

There were two things Patricia loved in life, reading a good book at home and her wonderful family. She was devoted to her family and held many titles: loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and even great-great grandmother! Patricia leaves behind a legacy of love for all to embrace with each reflection shared. She will be missed immensely and loved eternally by all.

Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Irvin. Dear mother of Bud Paul Bailey, Victoria Ruth Covey, and Kenneth Blaine Bailey. Loving grandmother of Paula Bailey, Dennieal Hess, Bryan Bailey, Katelyn Bailey, Niccole Covey, Robin (Brian) Carnick, Carrie (Larry) Watkins, Ariel Bailey, and great-grandmother of Samantha, Shelby, Pamela, Evan, Brennan, Reagan, Jaiair, Jaden, and Ailah. Great-great grandmother of Kairi Plumett. Patricia was preceded in death by siblings; Virginia Otterson, Frank Bayes, Clifford Bayes, and Leroy Bayes.

Visitation for Patricia will be held Sunday, February 23rd  from 5-9 pm, with a 6 pm Rosary Service, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Road) in Warren. She will lie in state on Monday, February 24th from 9:30 am until time of the Funeral Mass at 10 am at St. Mary, Our Lady Queen of Families Catholic Church – St. Clement Site in Center Line, Michigan with Rev. Fr. Robert Bauer presiding. Burial will follow at St. Clement Cemetery behind the church.
