Patricia Oleksinski, age 73, of Warren, Michigan passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021. Patricia was born January 11, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan to Rudy and Olga Evacko. Beloved wife of James Oleksinski; cherished mother of David (Heather) Farnen and Kristen Farnen; loving grandmother of Ian Farnen; and dear sister of the late Rosemary Stockfish. Patricia is also survived by 3 nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Patricia will be held Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at D.S. Temrowski and Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road, Warren, Michigan 48093. An in state will occur Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 10:30 AM until time of mass at 11:00 AM at St. Martin de Porres, 31555 Hoover Rd, Warren, MI 48093. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church.
