She entered into rest on October 18, 2023.
Phyllis loved sewing, reading, swimming and camping. She graduated from Central Michigan with a degree in Elementary Teaching. She retired from Lakeview Public Schools, after many years of substitute teaching.
Phyllis is survived by her sister, Carol (Ken), her children, Steve (Martha), Mike, Greg and Cindy. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ted (Ellen), Abby (Allen), Cameron, Collin and Amelia; and her great granddaughter, Sadie.
Friends may visit the AH Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren, MI 48088 on October 28, 2023 for a memorial gathering from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. with a memorial service at 2:00 P.M.
