Robert John Fante

Beloved father of Paul, Laura (Robert) Lytkowski, and Michael (Amber); proud grandfather of Devin, Arielle, Elijah, Ezekiel, and Eden; dear brother of Ed, Sandy and the late Gloria and Jim; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Robert served proudly in the United States Air Force. In his free time, he was a fan of the Detroit Red Wings and the Detroit Tigers. An avid enthusiast of classic cars, Robert’s most prized possession aside from all of his photos of friends, family and his time in the service, was his Orange Dodge Challenger that he loved to take out for drives in the spring and summer.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 29th from 10am until time of funeral service at 12pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home in Warren, 32000 Schoenherr Road. Burial to take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Twp. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Michigan Paralyzed Veterans of America, 477 Michigan Ave # 1233, Detroit, MI 48226.
