Robert J. Hofer, age 80, of Harrison Township, died Friday, August 12, 2011 at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren. He was born January 17, 1931 in Detroit the son of the late Harold and the late Henrietta (nee: Cook) Hofer. Robert is survived by his wife, Ann Hofer; children, Kimberly (Joe) Arresto, Kristine (Tom) Flynn, Scott (Jo) Hofer, and Todd (Karen) Hofer; grandchildren, Nicole, Shelby, Michael, Kristen, Steve, and Nicholas; and 5 siblings. He is predeceased by his daughter, Kelley Duberg. A Memorial Mass will be held Friday at 11:00 am at St. Hubert Catholic Church with memorial visitation beginning at 10:30 am prior to the Mass.
