Rose Marie R. Whitney, "Marie" age 86 of Center Line, died July 8, 2012 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Marie was born September 4, 1925 in Pontiac, Michigan the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Aldea (nee: Chapdelaine) Allen. Marie was known for her ability to take something and make it beautiful whether it was her gardening abilities or finding a piece of old furniture at a garage sale and making it look new. Marie was also a very faithful person attending St. Clement Catholic Church and often praying her rosary. Marie was the beloved wife of the late Edward. She was a loving mother of Allen (Susan) and Denise (Jan) Fulton. Devoted grandmother of Terrence Fulton and Jennifer Whitney. Dear sister-in-law of Celeste Whitney. Visitation for Marie will be Wednesday, July 11, 2012 from 3-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski and Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road).
