Raised in Grosse Pointe with her family, Roslyn was a strong, determined woman who built a life defined by love, resilience, and dedication. After earning her associate’s degree, Roslyn worked her way up to become a supervisor at a title company — a testament to her hard work, intelligence, and perseverance. She married the love of her life, Stan, and together they shared 42 wonderful years of marriage filled with laughter, loyalty, and deep companionship.
Roslyn was known for her honesty and strength. She stood her ground and spoke her mind, yet always led with kindness and generosity. She would do anything for her family, especially her beloved granddaughters, who brought her so much joy. A devoted mother and grandmother, Roslyn navigated life’s challenges with grace and determination as a single mom, creating a warm and loving home filled with good food, music, and dancing. She loved to cook, to move to the rhythm of a good song, and to present herself with impeccable style — she never left the house without looking her best.
Roslyn’s legacy lives on through her family, who will forever remember her strength, honesty, compassion, and unwavering love.
Roslyn was the beloved wife of Stanley A. Quarles. Loving mother of the late Roslyn (Bruce) Gacki. Adored grandmother of Natalie (Michael) Patchak and Nicole (Aaron) Gacki. Dear sister of Anne Baiamonte, Lou (Kathy) Ternullo, and the late Frances (the late Tom) Maceri.
