Ruth met Joe, the love of her life, and got married when she was 19. She was a full-time homemaker and raised 3 children. When her youngest went to high school she got a job at Harrison Hospital in the medical records department where she worked over 20 years. After retirement she enjoyed traveling and time with family and friends. She loved to dance, sing and make people laugh. She will always be remembered as sweet, kind, funny and full of love.
Ruth was the beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of Lora (Kevin Van Gilder) Hauswirth, Mark (Kathie), and Michael (Mary). Adored grandmother of Heather Hauswirth, Victoria (Doug) Paulsell, Joseph (Kaitlynn) Hauswirth, Hailey Hauswirth, and great-grandmother of 4. She was predeceased by her siblings.
Visitation for Ruth will be held on Monday, June 8th from 3-8pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road in Warren. She will lie In State on Tuesday, June 9th from 10:30am until the time of her Funeral Mass at 11:00am at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 14115 E 14 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI. Burial at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.
