Ruth was dedicated to her family, treasuring every moment spent with them, especially her grandchildren. Tending to her house and her backyard was always a top priority. She kept her house pristine and her backyard and in ground pool meticulously landscaped. After the passing of her first husband Thomas, she spent more time at Hope Baptist Church where she joined many groups and met plenty of friends. She met her second husband and his joy for traveling soon became a shared love, traveling all over Europe together. When she was at home relaxing you could always find her reading a good mystery or thriller novel.
