I was deeply sad when I heard about Steve’s passing. I just spoke with him the week before and he was telling me how he would come visit me in Georgia once he get out of the hospital. I’ve been knowing Steve for over 20 years and he loved to pray and prophesy. He would always joke around with me and say I was his wife then he asked me where do you wanna go for our honeymoon? He would end up saying  let’s go to Niagara Falls. We had a prayer group where we would  always come together and eat and talk about the Lord for hours. I thank God for allowing Steve to be a part of my life because he definitely made it impact and I will always remember the true man of God he was .

I wouldn’t have been able to get married if it wasn’t for Steve being a witness

Steve was always there for me and my family. He was like an uncle to me. He was in my life for as long as I could remember. He loved me and I loved him. He would always tell me I could do anything I wanted to in life. I will always cherish our memories. I hope you’re getting your rest!.

Steve as always up for a party! Steve had many for himself with 100s attending when he was in school! Many times he was the life of the party! This pic is back in Sept/2024 at an engagement party where he took off his own personal watch and gave it to my son as a gift. He would give you the shirt off his back if needed~  Just the thought was sweet!

This is when my cousin Steve and I went to Bewitched and Bedazzled . I was on the decorating committee and he came along and helped. Steve loved  doing these things with me and it kept him out of trouble!!  You could say I kept him busy and involved ! There was never a dull moment with Steve or me!! Miss you  now and forever, you will always hold a special place in my heart ♥️ !!

This is when my cousin Steve and I went to work at Masonic Temple for New Year’s Eve.  We had a blast and got paid!! We have done  a lot of things together since we were children  and I will surely miss that!! Rest in Peace ! The house is lonely without you.!!

Steve was a kind person who had a smile for everyone. He loved his family most esp his beautiful daughter, his pride and joy. Rest in peace Steve, you will be missed

Although I didn't know Steve as well as I should, I knew that he was a very good guy. He would drop by to play basketball on my garage court. I was always happy when he came by. 

May God welcome Steve in his Heavenly home.

Steve may have not been blood , but he was a brother to me.  Who I’ve known for over 30 years. Called AAA when my car over-heated & drove me home. We enjoyed going to movies on Tues, dancing at a Halloween  outing & of course going to Ruby’s. That’s the guy I will always remember. Kind, caring , helpful & fun to hang out  with. Steve also was a great uncle/friend to my son , Sal. They were always double trouble, when they went places. Sal, looked at Steve as a mentor, looking  out for him, giving him advice. Of course, we can’t forget “Michie Bichie” has he lovingly called my daughter. She said, “ now there’s no one to call me “Michie Bichie.” Steve you are loved & missed by us and many, many more . Steve -O and I were very close,he was loyal and always showed up to take me places like Taco Bell and Ruby's Chinese restaurant also to visit his dear friend Charlene in Roseville Michigan I will miss him

Steve was such a good friend while we were growing up.  We went to Kelly together.  We hung out with Brian, Rick, Glen and more.  He was always there to help out.  His friendship carried over after I got married in 76, he became a special uncle to our kids. 
We grew apart, but recently reconnected a few  times in recent years.
Steve cared about family and friends.
He will be missed by all that knew him.
I know you are at peace with your parents and all who have passed before you.

Steve is a one of kind genuine good Christian guy who loved his Lord  and Savior with all his heart. His daughter  he adored and loved beyond measure. He will always be remembered  as a very kind, big hearted father, brother and friend . Steve will be surely missed by all who loved him.  ❤️❤️

Steve was such a good guy! And a sweet little boy. I remember walking up to fairway with him and going into the Italian bakery. He would tell me " go ahead and get whatever you want". We walked out of there smiling with two jelly donuts. He was so generous! I have this memory of us holding hands and skipping down Hauss together. I was so happy to have found a friend like Steve! We must have been around seven or eight? To me he was an expression of universal friendliness. A little boy named Rick moved into the neighborhood who was paraplegic. I think we were all a little weirded out. Didn't know what to say to him. But Steve was the first one who befriended him and brought the rest of us in. Rick became part of the group. I remember Steve was the fastest kid in our neighborhood. He could run like the wind! I recall him trying to teach me how to run faster. I know if I ever needed someone Steve would be there. So glad that you have peace and contentment now my friend! Thank you for all your kindness! You will be missed! Love you my brother!  Brad Laufer
