Theodore Diamond

Theodore Diamond, age 56, died Monday, August 8, 2016 at Beaumont Hospital in Troy, Michigan. Theodore was born November 14, 1959 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, son of Anna (nee: Stergiadis) Diamond and George Diamond.Theodore was raised in the Toronto area and, following high school, moved to Michigan to continue his studies at Lawrence Technical University. Theodore eventually completed his education earning his Master's Degree in Mathematics Computer Science. Following his education, Theodore accepted the offer of employment from the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn where he worked as a computer systems planner before health problems forced his early retirement.When Ted was not working, he held a deep devotion to his Orthodox faith and church, along with a passion for the water, boating, and traveling. When he was able, Ted enjoyed traveling to Miami, Greece, and many scenic islands. His other love was to be surrounded by his cherished family.Ted is survived by his loving mother, Anna, and was the dearest brother of Sophia (Michael) Kuzminski and John (Michele) Diamond. Ted is further survived by his nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation for Ted will be held Friday, August 12th from 5-9pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Rd) in Warren. Ted's Funeral Service will be held Saturday, 9:00am at the Nativity of Virgin Mary Macedonian Orthodox Church, 43123 Ryan Road in Sterling Heights, Michigan 48314.
