Thomas P. Koleba

Thomas P. Koleba, age 43, of Arizona, formerly of Warren, died suddenly April 30, 2011 in Arizona. He was born October 21, 1967 the son of Alexander and Joann Koleba. Thomas graduated from Cousino High School in 1986 and then attended Macomb County Community College. He later became a Personal Trainer and worked out at various gyms. Thomas met the love of his life, Lisa and they said their I Dos, August 4, 1990. They later moved to Arizona and started a familyNick was born December 23, 2006. Thomas was on top of the world doing what he loved. He worked out, competed in body building contests, coached his sons t-ball team, and most important he was loved being a dad and husband. For those who knew Thomas, he was very kind hearted, loving, and the most caring person. He will be greatly missed by all. He is survived by his wife Lisa; his son, Nick; parents, Alexander and Joann Koleba; siblings, Michael (Cindy), and Alan (Michelle) Koleba. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 9:30 am at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Warren. Arrangements were entrusted to the D.S.
