Vincent R. Foltz, Age 76, died Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Seasons Hospice Facility in Detroit. Vincent was born May 4, 1941 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.He was the loving father of Scott Foltz, Jeff (Rosa Linda) Foltz, and the late Steven Foltz. Beloved grandfather of Sebastian, Marco, Giuliana, Jamie, Steven Jr. and Kyle. Vincent was preceded in death by his mother, Violet, and siblings; Debbie, Ron and Graylan. Mr. Foltz was a proud Veteran of the United States Army, serving our country during the heart of the Vietnam War. A Memorial Visitation for Vincent will take place on Saturday, March 10th from 2-9 pm, to include a Memorial Service at 7:00 pm, at the D.S.
