Wanda was married to the love of her life, Henry, for 47 years until his passing. She worked hard balancing books for Harris Calorific until she retired at age 65. Wanda also was a reluctant girl scout leader because she didn’t like camping, but she was their secretary. Wanda remained very active in her years. She was sure to go to her water aerobics class three times a week and loved making her weekly trip to the casino. Wanda will be missed immensely and loved eternally by her family and friends.
Wanda was the beloved wife of the late Henry. Loving mother of Evelyn (Michael) Szymanski and the late Elaine (Mark) Nowicki. Cherished grandmother of Michelle Nowak, Nicole (Jack) Tengler, and Brandie (Erik) Meisner. Adored great-grandmother of Zachary Nowak, Jack Tengler, Jr., Nicholas Tengler, Ryan Meisner, and Kevin Meisner.
Wanda will lie In State on Thursday, December 22nd at 9:00am until the time of her Funeral Mass at 9:30am at St. Michael Catholic Church, 40501 Hayes Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48313.
