We are gonna miss you GPA Bill.  I can remember Billy and I driving out to see big bill.  Then Bill and I always ended up sitting at the kitchen table together  not saying much. He wasn't the biggest talker and I was terrified.   All the stories my dad has told me about this bigger then life human of a man from everything to him trying to date my mother to his motorcycle haydays.  I was timid.  But when he spoke I felt the most comfortable I've ever felt around someone. He'd always ask if I was ok in his deep stern voice. Our conversations rarely got any farther than that.  Lol.I never knew if he was talking to me or not because he would never say the person's name first when he spoke.  He didn't have to.  We all listened to big bill when he spoke.  He just had that Ora. But throughout everything I've heard, I've never heard a bad word about this man and that is super rare in this day and age.  My aunt Donna and my dad always talked great about this man. You could tell they looked up to him.  Heaven is getting one tough son of a gun. Try not to get your ear talked completely off when you get there GPA Bill.  You got alot of talkative women waiting for you. Tell my mom and everyone I love them so much. R.i.p Big Bill. I'll see ya all one day.

I am so sorry to hear about your father. I always enjoyed coming over to your house when we were young. Both of your parents were always nice to be around and I am sure both of them are truly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with your family!

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I’ll never forget the time I had brake issues on my mothers vehicle back approximately 13 years ago,  when I was 16 years old. I brought it to Bill and he knew exactly what to do and showed me how to perform my first brake drum change at his home with his own tools and time. It’s not too often you find someone around like that anymore that are willing to teach a youngster (at the time) how to work on a car. He will be missed by many. My condolences. 

Rochelle and Samantha, your father was a man with a big heart and he will  be missed. My fondest memory will be the afternoon we could chit chat, we spoke about your mom and how much we both loved her, he shared a very special gift with me that was your mother’s and I will honor and cherish that gift for the rest of my life. When I bought my first house, the old man next door seemed gruff. I learned his name was Bill, which was a coincidence since as a kid, I had an old man neighbor named Bill that kept an eye on our house all the time. This new Bill became my guardian neighbor, and kept an eye on me and my home, checked on me regularly, and made me feel safe. He was my neighbor Grandpa. He had a tough exterior but a HUGE heart. Living here will never be the same without him! I will miss him! But I am glad he is no longer in pain/suffering. Love you Bill, Rochelle, and Sam!!! 💙
