William J. Webb, 70, of Chesterfield, died Monday, October 10, 2005 at Garden City Osteopathic Hospital. He was born May 5, 1935 in Trion, Georgia to Jimmy and Geneva Webb. William loved boxing. He currently holds the title of the oldest amateur boxing champion of the world. Mr. Webb is survived by his loving wife, Patricia; children Michael (Lori) and Johnny Webb; sister Ava Nelle Calvarusco; grandchildren Allyson, Kyleigh and Cydney. He is preceded in death by granddaughter Krysten. Visitation for Mr. Webb will take place Saturday from 5-9pm and Sunday 1-9 pm. A funeral service will be Monday, 11:00 am at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover at Common (12 1/2 Mile).
