Rezendes Alfred

87 of Canario Drive died Friday May 7, 2010 at Silver Creek Manor. He was the husband of the late Urselina (Pimental) Rezendes. Born in the Azores, he was the son of the late Manual S. Rezendes and Maria S. (Souza) Rezendes.

He was a Warren resident for 50 years and a member of St. Thomas Church Holy Ghost Society. He was also a member of the Lincoln Club in Bristol.

He worked for the Warren Highway Dept. and the School Dept for 15 years.

He is survived by two sons Manuel Resendes of Warren and Joseph L. Resendes of Holiday, FL. 5 granddaughters 1 grandson, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter. He was also the brother of the late Mary Avila.

His Funeral will be held on Monday at 8:30 am from WILBUR-ROMANO Funeral Home 615 Main Street, Warren with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Metacom Avenue Warren.
