Antonio S. Morais, 75, a longtime resident of Warren, died Monday, September 26, 2011. He was the beloved husband of Maria E. (Arruda) Morais, to whom he was married for 52 years. Born in St. Michael, Portugal, he was a son of the late Joao I. and Maria L. (Varao) Morais.
Along with his wife he is survived by his children Jorge Morais and his wife Martha, Goretti Sousa and her husband Joe, Esmerelda Simao and her husband Eduardo, Peter Morais and his wife Theresa, and Helen Cunha and her husband Joe. He was the father of the late Paul Morais. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, one brother, and two sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Friday, September 30th at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Warren with burial in St. Mary of the Bay Cemetery, Warren. Arrangements by Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home.
