80 of Fesser Avenue died Tuesday May May 4, 2010 at home. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Papi. Born in Union City, New Jersey she was a daughter of the late Angelo and Adele (Voltano) Raso.

Mrs. Papi worked in the admissions office at Roger Williams University for 20 years. She grew up in Nyack, NY. And lived in Middletown before moving to Bristol 38 yrs. Ago. She enjoyed gardening and traveling and was a member of the Bristol Garden Club

She is survived by two sons Jeff Papi of Oregon and Mark Papi of Bristol, and three grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Catherine Savoia.

Her funeral will be Saturday at 9am from WILBUR-ROMANO Funeral Home 615 Main St. Warren with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Mary’s Church, Wood St. Bristol. Burial will be in North Burial Ground.

VISITATION FRIDAY 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary’s Church or the Alzheimer’s Association 245 Waterman St. Prov. RI 02906
