Born in Pawtucket, raised in Central Falls, the daughter of the late Ernest and Mary (Mitchell) Lombardi, she was a longtime resident of Barrington before relocating to Smithfield.
A graduate of Central Falls High School, Class of 1950, she became a devoted wife and mother of her two children. She also worked at the rectory at Holy Angels Church in Barrington, Ann & Hope and at Shaw’s Market into her 80’s. Skilled in crafts, she created braided rugs and Raggedy Ann dolls. She enjoyed her walks on the bike path in Barrington.
She is survived by her son, Richard A. Medici of Seekonk. She was the mother of the late Sharon A. Moskwa and sister of the late Joe Lombardi, Roberta Taraian and Ann Bonetti.
Her visitation will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024 from 9:00-10:00 AM in the Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main Street, Warren followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park, Middletown.
