Ethel L. (Woisard) Rylands, 95, of Pawtucket, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Silver Creek Manor, Bristol. She was the loving wife of the late James S. Rylands.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Leonidas and Sarah (Wilde) Woisard, she was a life-long resident of the area.

Mrs. Rylands and her husband James were the owners of Colonial Coin and Antiques in Pawtucket for many years. An accomplished artist, she was an extremely gifted painter and was an expert in Victorian and Depression era antiques. She loved to read.

She is survived by one son, James D. Rylands of Barrington; one daughter, Suzanne Rylands and her companion Joseph Fonseca of Narragansett; one grandson, Todd Ethier of Pawtucket; three great grandchildren; one great great grandson and several nieces and nephews. She was the grandmother of the late Scott Ethier and sister of the late Edward and David Woisard.

Her funeral and burial will be private.
