He was born in Barrington the son of the late Giuseppe R. and Mary (Cortellessa) Andreozzi. He was a longtime resident of Barrington before moving to East Providence.
A supervisor for Hasbro, he worked for over forty years before his retirement. A skilled cook, he also enjoyed golfing and trying his luck at scratch tickets. Joe Joe loved listening to music, especially the oldies, and will be remembered fondly for his big heart and kind spirit.
He is survived by four sisters, Columbia Jiacovelli and her husband Robert, Linda Mullen, Rosalie Louro, Eleanor Guimaraes, and her husband Nelson. He was the father of the late Christopher Andreozzi and brother of the late Natalie Dallaire, Sylvia Almeida, Anna Ferrara, Vincent Andreozzi, Marie Pinheiro, and Christina Duval.
His Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 1st, 10 am at Bridgepointe Christian Church, 855 Waterman Ave, East Providence, RI 02914. Burial will be private.
