Josephine T. Nappi

Josephine T. (Panzarella) Nappi, age 80, of Warren, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, surrounded by her family. She was the loving companion of Roy J. Kirk for 42 years.

Born in Providence RI, Josephine was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Helen (Cortelessa) Panzarella.

Josephine was employed at Imperial Pearl for many years before retirement and was a communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, and loved to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed spending time in New Hampshire and her recent memorable trip to Italy.

Josephine is survived by three daughters, Janet Nappi (John) of Warren, Debra Andrade (George) of Bristol, and Rhonda Thibodeau (Alfred) of Pawtucket; one brother, Angelo Panzarella of Bristol; one nephew, James Panzarella Jr. of Warren; four grandchildren, Alfred F. Thibodeau, lll, Tonya J. Thibodeau of Pawtucket, Nathan G. Andrade (Michelle) of Portsmouth, and Justine M. Andrade (Brad) of Bristol; and two great-grandchildren, Aria and Carson Terra. She was the sister of the late James Panzarella and his wife Fern, and aunt of the late Eleanor Panzarella.

Funeral services are private per the family’s request.
