Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Vincent and Loretta (Carlin) Henderson.
A graduate of Mansfield High School, Mark was an avid New England sports fan, specifically the Red Sox and Patriots. He also enjoyed a good word search puzzle. A participant of the UCPRI art and residential program, Mark will be remembered for his beautiful smile and jokester personality. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Mark is survived by his very close friends at United Cerebral Palsy of Rhode Island where he had been a participant for over 25 years, as well as his lifelong friend, Brother John. Besides his parents, Mark was predeceased by his brother, Vincent F. Henderson, Jr.
His Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main St., Warren, followed by a Service in the funeral home at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
