Olympia M. Sousa

A Barrington native and longtime resident, Mrs Sousa was the first of eight children of the late Pietro and Angelina (Chellel) Calitri. She had been the guidance department secretary at Barrington High School for many years before retiring.

She was the mother of Raymond Sousa and Shirley Perry; grandmother of Joseph, David and Cheryl-Ann "Cherie" Leonardo, Jessica, Nicholas and Curt Sousa; and great-grandmother of two. She was the sister of Angelo Calitri and Violet DeTora and the late Peter and Gloria Calitri, Florence Travassos, Anna DiMario and Evelyn Conlon.

Her funeral will be take place Friday at 9 am at the WILBUR-ROMANO Funeral Home, 615 Main St, Warren with a service in the funeral home at 10 am. Burial to follow in St. Jean the Baptiste Cemetery, Warren. Visitation hours are 5-8 pm on Thursday.
