Raymond W. Green Sr.

Born in Wilmore, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Jesse and Bernice (Hicks) Green.

Ray attended school in Bristol and worked as a truck driver for many years until his retirement. He lived a very busy and successful life and was a member of many clubs and organizations. Ray was a former Grand Poobah for six years at the Elks Lodge in Bristol, and enjoyed camping and antique cars.

He is survived by two children, Roy Green of Clearwater, FL and Susan Green of Bristol; four grandchildren, Bryan Green and his wife Meghan Casey, Danielle, Kaitelin, and Sara Castilloux and her fiancé Brandon Brown, all of Bristol; three great-grandchildren, Jack Kettner, Amelia Baptista, and Lucas Green, and one brother, James Green of CA. Ray was the father of the late Raymond W. Green, Jr.

His Visitation will be held on Friday, June 23. 2023 from 9:15 to 10:15AM in the Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main Street, Warren, Rhode Island, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00AM in St. Elizabeth's Church, 577 Wood St., Bristol, Rhode Island. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial in North Burial Ground, Bristol, Rhode Island.
