Born in Faial, Azores, Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Frederico and Maria (Correira) Santos; wife of the late Jose Oliveira; mother of Rosemary Oliveira, Linda Resendes and her husband Clemente, and the late Jose Manuel Oliveira; sister of Maria de Lourdes dos Santos Goncalves; aunt of Humberta M. Goncalves-Babbitt and her husband John.
Rosa had worked as a seamstress for many years before retiring.
Visitation will be held Friday, 4-7 p.m. with her funeral on Saturday at 9 a.m. from the WILBUR-ROMANO Funeral Home, 615 Main Street, Warren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Mary of the Bay Church, 645 Main Street, Warren, followed by graveside burial in St. Jean the Baptiste Cemetery, Warren. www.wilbur-romano.com
