Its the summer of 1971 I think. we borrowed a 12 foot skiff with ores, to cross the laurel park Kiki. I think there were at least four of us.that said the boat started taking on water, evidently it had a small leak. Half way across it sank. I panicked the water was deep. Billy grabbed me and we both went under and he/Billy push us up enough to take a breath and under we went and up we went till we could stand up in the water. Thanks Billy, you’re Friend Dennis.
