I will miss Ben, one of my favorite people.  Ben was one of the most interesting men I have known- charming, intelligent, curious, funny.  My most sincere condolences Julia.  I know that you miss him most.

We only recently began to know Ben.  It was clear that he maintained the enquiring mind which had been a feature of his life.   His thoughtfulness, wide range of interests and knowledge, together with a keen wit made a lasting impression and are part of his legacy.
