Carlos Arias, 32, of Washington, D.C. sadly left us on January 21, 2023. He is survived by his loving parents Mayra and Leonel Arias, and his siblings Ricky and Kathy Arias.
A beloved son and brother, Carlos was an incredibly special person who touched the lives of so many with his warmth, kindness, and unwavering love as shown through his profession. He was a respected and accomplished nurse practitioner. He received his Master of Science degree and a Post Master’s Certificate-Family Nurse Practitioner from Johns Hopkins University. He was currently working on his clinical certification for dermatology to be completed in April. He was a true professional, who was dedicated and passionate about his work. He was known for his expertise in primary care and health literacy, and for his ability to mentor and inspire others.
Carlos loved to play tennis and travel. You could catch him sunbathing by the pool or beach. Carlos leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and memories that will live on forever in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to call him family and a friend.
