Of Washington, DC died on July 5, 2012. Chuck was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, made stops in New York and California and settled in Washington, D.C. in 1958. He is survived by his wife, Tanya; by his children, David and Anne; by his brother-in-law, Wayne as well as by his friends and colleagues, all of whom love, cherish and admire him, and will remember him all of their lives. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 11 at 11 a.m. at Graham Memorial Chapel on the Washington University campus in St. Louis where he was an alumnus. A memorial service will be held in Washington, DC in September. Donations in his memory can be made to Washington University in St. Louis or The Alliance for Veteran Support.
