Libby was always so generous and gracious with my parents, Alex and Miriam Wolf, and with me.  In 1974, when I went to Europe for the first time as a student at the London School of Economics, Libby gave me a passport case from Camalier and Buckley for my first passport.  I still use it!  Or will when we can travel again.  And I think fondly of her every time I use it.
I served on the NSO Board after Libby did but know her commitment from the origins of the NSO was so cherished.  She made a positive difference in so many people’s lives.
