Age 85 of Bedford Court, Silver Spring, Maryland, died Monday, January 7, 2013. He was predeceased by his parents, George Francis Foley and Ellen V. Quinn Foley and a brother, William F. Foley. He is survived by a brother, Bishop David E. Foley of Birmingham, Alabama. George was formerly married to Kathryn Plugge and was retired from the CIA.
Visitation will be held at the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 6001 Western Avenue & Quesada St., NW., Washington, DC from 12:30 PM until time of the Memorial Mass at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 28, 2013.
