I met Gloria when I was stationed at Walter Reed. We worked in the PT Department, lived in Laurel & would carpool to to work sometimes. I remember she dozed off on our way home one day & got startled & immediately woke up speaking in her Native Language 😂😂😂 I looked at her, she looked at ms & we laughed so hard. We talked about that for a long time. She was my fellow Virgo Sister 9/15 & 9/16! To know her was to love her, she had the sweetest spirit. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to have her as a friend & witness what a Great Wife & Mother she was❤. You all are in my prayers. RIH Gloria

Ate Gloria,
You made the world a better place. You were one of the most generous, golden-hearted, loving human beings we've known. You touched so many people's hearts and were deeply loved by everyone. We are hurting and grieving your departure... but we know that we've been so blessed to have had you in our lives. Farewell for now and Godspeed. We love you. Paalam.

When I first moved to Maryland as a kid, I was hoping to make friends. I became friends with Philip and Philip invited me inside their house one day after school. That was when I first met Mrs. Lejano. She was so accommodating and caring, and has always been. She was always very hospitable and encouraging. Even into adulthood she gave career advice and always encouraged us to be at our best. Thank you for everything and we will always remember your loving nature.

Ate Glo as we call her is one of the truest & kindhearted lady that we know. Her genuine smile & sweet gestures will always make you feel comfortable when you talk to her.
It’s a shock to us that she’s gone & now with the Lord. Rest in peace, Ate Glo.♥️
You will be missed by all the people who love you.
Our deepest sympathy to Kuya Boyet, Jen, Philip, Tessa, & the rest of the family.
Stay strong & God bless you.

Gloria was the most amazing, loving and kindhearted person that I have ever met. She was always willing to go out of her way to help someone. She invited my family over for Christmas a few years ago and made us all feel like we were a part of her family. Gloria showed me the true meaning of being a friend. She was someone that I could confide in and pray with. I am Glad that God chose her to be my friend. She was an Angel on earth, but God called her home. I will miss her so much.
May you Rest In Peace Tita Gloria

Tita Gloria has been there for me and my family for as long as I can remember—heck, ever since I was born. With that said, there's so many special memories to choose from for me to share just one. That fact alone actually makes me smile and my heart warm.

I will never forget her good-hearted advice, her distinctive laugh, her tender hugs, and especially her dancing (particularly in her kitchen). Being around her would always give me instant comfort and that is something I will miss dearly.

We love you always and forever, Tita Gloria!

I am very lucky I crossed path with Ate Gloria. A very sweet and loving mother who treated me as her own family while I’m in the US. I never thought my last visit will be the last time I’ll see her. I even told her she’ll be my Ninang on my wedding this December which she wholeheartedly accept. You’re smile will be missed. Thank you for everything.

The Filipino-American Community of St. Mary of the Mills in Laurel, MD will miss Gloria so much. She was a gracious host during our Christmas caroling in their home last December 14,2019. She prepared so much delicious food and sang and danced with us , took videos and pictures and posted them on FB coz she was so proud and happy for the caroling. She is kind, friendly and generous. She even invited us to do it again next year... Gloria, you’re a beautiful person with a golden heart ! May you rest in eternal peace .
