Born in Worcester, MA, he studied in several schools, including Tufts and MIT, before graduating from Clark University. After getting a law degree from George Washington University, he worked for many years at IBM’s Federal Systems division in Gaithersburg, MD as a contracts negotiator and administrator.
An avid traveler to many countries, he embraced life fully.
He leaves a wife, Judith Wheelus, a sister Marilyn Boggs, niece Karen Smith, nephews Kevin Boggs, Keith Boggs, and their families.
The funeral services will be private and the family asks that any remembrances or donations be made to the animal welfare group of their choice.
