Joseph Herman CORETH

have a memory or condolence to add?

March 10, 2015

I was 1st Lt. Coreth's clerk when he served at S2 officer in the 2nd Armored Cav, 1st Recon Division in Bindlach Germany in 1962-1964. I consider him my mentor as I was 18 years old. He was a great person and always treated me with respect.

I reported directly to Army Major Joe Coreth in Viet Nam; I was a staff sergeant. Joe was highly respected by all who knew him. I still remember him fondly though it's been 44 years.
