Beloved wife of the late Dr. Louis Balla; devoted mother of Brigitte Engleman (Tom), Louis Balla (Rosemarie), Stéphane "Steve" Balla (Pam); beloved sister of Janine Guns, Myriam Van Gompel and Ghislaine Lefebvre and the late Rosanne Westerman and seven grandchildren, Philippe, Louis, Zachary, Lauren, Pierre, Christopher and Claudia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 12 noon at Little Flower Parish, 5607 Massachusetts Ave., Bethesda, MD 20816.
