Robert Samuel Peacock

Passed away on February 5, 2017, at his business, Classic Motors of DC, on Wisconsin Ave. Born at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD on October 23, 1964. He is survived by his wife and high school sweetheart Kara Greenhouse Peacock, brother James, sister Yvonne, and mother Christine Thompson. After attending Magruder High School he left Maryland to study in San Diego, CA. There he rekindled his love for classics sports cars of the 1950's, passed on by his father Samuel George Peacock. Rob opened his first dealership with his brother James in La Jolla, CA in 1984. Moving back to Maryland in 2004 he continued the business theme of classic car dealerships. Rob was well known in the community for his love of life, and his passion and knowledge of classic automobiles. A Memorial Service will be held at The Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament, 3630 Quesada St. NW. Washington DC, 20015 on Monday February 13, 2017 at 11 am.
