Born in Brooklyn, New York, Bill was a proud son of Brooklyn who carried his roots with him throughout his life—including his unwavering loyalty to the Brooklyn Dodgers, long after they departed for Los Angeles nearly six decades ago.
Bill earned his undergraduate degree from New York University and later completed his MBA at George Washington University. He dedicated over 40 years of his career to the Valve Manufacturers Association, serving as its president for more than 20 years. Through his work, he not only advanced the industry but also forged lasting friendships that enriched his life.
An avid solver of crosswords and brain teasers, Bill had a sharp mind and an inquisitive spirit. But above all, his greatest passion was his family. He cherished every moment with his loved ones and took immense pride in watching his children and grandchildren grow.
Bill was predeceased by his beloved wife of 49 years, Ellen, as well as his brother Daniel and sister Ruth. He is survived by his children, Marisa and Marc (Jackie), and his cherished grandchildren, Sydney and Drew, who will forever treasure his memory.
