

Barbara A. Studdert of Campbell Hall, NY (formerly of Farmingdale, NY) died with her daughters by her side on February 13, 2026. Barbara was born on December 10,1935 in Bronx, NY to the late Rose (Sypko) and John V. Cesar. She was a graduate of Grace H. Dodge Vocational High School in the Bronx and worked as a bookkeeper upon graduation. She sang beautifully and had the honor of performing with the All-City Girls Choir at New York City’s Carnegie Hall.
After graduation she met the love of her life, Tom (deceased 2014). She loved sharing memories of their courtship which included an evening at the famed Ed Sullivan Show, the Copacabana, and attending Military Balls. After she and Tom married, they moved around the country with the United States Air Force. Eventually they settled and raised their daughters in Farmingdale, NY.
Barbara was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed creative hobbies such as ceramics, crocheting, and quilting. Her talent was obvious in her beautiful workmanship. This talent and creativity also led to years of work with a florist. Together with Tom, she served their local church as a leader for the Pre-Cana wedding preparation program. Barbara was known for her joyful personality, her love of animals and enthusiasm for Bingo. Her family will always remember her smile, laughter and kisses.
She is survived by her daughters Theresa Prodromides and her husband, Michael of Campbell Hall, NY, and Christine Reichel and her husband, Rick of Matthews, NC. Additionally, she is survived by her grandchildren: Christine Mazeski (m. Jason), Michael Prodromides (m. Jenna), Thomas Prodromides (m. Kathryn), Matthew Reichel (m. Savanah), Keely Gerrald (m. Travis), Brian Reichel (m. Chelsea) and great-grandchildren: Jillian and Nathan Prodromides, Ryan, Emily and Jack Prodromides, Reese, Palmer Grace and Tripp Reichel, Bo, Wyatt and Jane Gerrald.
